All around improvements

* Changed README.md to better reflect the current situation of the project
* main.py can now make entire project work (pretty important, ik)
* Update notification (depends on VERSION)
* Bumped version to 0.4
* Created constants.py to store big strings
* Missing dependencies auto-installer (changes to accomodate this change too)
* Improved text outputs
